All DokaDoki products are individually handcrafted.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • each bouquet is unique and not factory-produced

These variations are considered part of the product’s handmade character and not defects.

Pricing & Currency

Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized orders:

  • cannot be modified once production has started

  • may require additional processing time

  • are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless damaged during delivery

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

  • customs clearance

  • courier delays

  • weather conditions

  • destination country regulations

  • unforeseen logistical issues

DokaDoki is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping or customs processes.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • direct returns are not accepted

  • refunds are generally not applicable

  • eligible damaged orders may qualify for replacement review

An unpacking video is mandatory for all damage-related claims.

Limitation of Liability
