Refund & Replacement Policy

At DokaDoki, every bouquet is handcrafted with care, patience, and attention to detail. Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each bouquet is individually handcrafted, which means slight variations in:

  • shape

  • color arrangement

  • flower positioning

  • detailing

may naturally occur.

These small differences are part of the handmade process and make every bouquet uniquely yours.
 

Returns

We currently do not accept direct returns on any orders.

As all products are handmade and prepared specifically for each customer, returned products cannot be restocked or reused.
 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Please review product details, shipping information, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
 

Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement review.

To request support:

  • an unpacking video recorded while opening the package is mandatory

  • the video must clearly show the sealed package and product condition

  • requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Without an unpacking video, replacement requests may not be accepted.
 

Replacement Review Process

Once the issue is reviewed by our team:

  • eligible cases may receive a replacement

  • replacement approval is subject to product damage verification

  • replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and shipping location
     

Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized orders:

  • cannot be cancelled after production begins

  • are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during delivery
     

Shipping & Customs Charges

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For Standard Shipping, customs duties depend on your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the crafting process has started.

Once production begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the handmade nature of the products.
